I am a connected, experienced animal shelter consultant that transforms municipal and non-profit animal shelters into efficient, humane, mission-driven teams. I have over 15 years of experience partnering with shelter and municipal leaders to support their goals. I work closely with my clients to develop customized strategies that are tailored to their specific needs and goals. My mission is to reduce suffering for animals and the people who care for them by modernizing and humanizing shelter systems.

As an experienced shelter director and expert in animal shelter best practices, I am able to step in either remotely or in person to full this role while a permanent replacement is found.

I have extensive experience partnering with elected officials and guiding advocates to support the shelter's goals. This is especially important if the shelter is dealing with bad PR or navigating a crisis.
